Pocket Testament League

We distribute these Gospel of John booklets all year long, and also contribute monthly to allow others to gain access to these for distribution. We often hand them out to the drive-thru attendants (at both windows), grocery etc. check-out clerks, restaurant servers (including fast food). Not only does it place the life saving message of the entire Gospel of John, but it has more than once opened a dialogue that allowed us to pray with someone about the struggles going on in their life. 

When we dine out, we ususally tell our server that we bless our food before we eat and ask if there is anything we can pray about for them. We get all kinds of answers. Sometimes we get an earfull about the struggles in their lives. 

One afternoon we were dining at one of our favorite places for special occasions. A server came up to us and said we may not remember her, but we asked to pray for her a couple years ago. She said that the very next week she found out she was expecting her first child after trying for a very long time. She said the prayer request she shared with us was unspoken, but she immediately gave God the glory for her excellent life-changing news. 

Err on the side of share the love of Jesus with everyone you meet. Only He knows how and when He will use that occurence to change a life!
